In other to be eligible for this $50.00 guarantee, please follow these instructions:

  • 1) Call us toll-free at 1-866-698-9686 to secure a return authorization number before any merchandise can be returned. Returns without a return authorization number will not be honored for the $50.00 guarantee.

  • 2) Please provide a short description of how you felt before and after supplementing your diet with Bio-Drene. Please provide the number of days that you tried the product, how many pills you took per day and if there were any days that were missed. Please sign this description date it and have it notized in order to be valid.

  • 3) Please return the product together with the notarized letter to Swiss Labs, 653 West Station, Kankakee, IL 60901-3511. You’re return authorization number must be written on the outside of your package. All returns must be sent back registered mail (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) so there is a tracking mechanism in place. We also recommend that you make copies of all these receipts in case you need to resubmit.

  • 4) All refunds of product cost will be credited to the same credit card you used when ordering. If you paid by check, a check will be issued from Swiss Labs. The extra $50.00 will be paid in the form of a check made

  • 5) Payable to the person who placed the order. All returns must be post marked within 30 days of the receipt of the product in order to be eligible for the $50.00 guarantee.
